Active Meditation – Engage the mind through visualization or affirmations to direct your energy with purpose.
Guided Visualization – Journey through rich, intuitive landscapes designed to access deeper insight and healing.
Chi Do Movement Integration – Conclude with gentle, flowing movements to circulate and anchor the energy within the physical body, enhancing balance and vitality.
