This is a weekly, 1 hour session exclusively for men who need to balance their energy, with minimal interference on their schedule.

  • Physical exercise

  • Guided meditation

  • Chi-do

Each session includes:

  • Find stillness in chaos

  • Sleep better

  • Manage cortisol levels

  • Help you get in shape

  • Balance your mental, emotional and physical bodies

  • and more….

  • It will, but not in the way you’d expect. 1 hour of exercise is not enough to meet any one’s fitness goal. But good sleep and proper stress management are integral to maintaining healthy weight

  • Each session:
    10 minute briefing
    10 minute meditation
    10 minutes Chi do
    30 minute workout

    Some sessions may go up to 75 minutes.

  • I am not looking to waste any one’s time. Done correctly and efficiently, 30 minutes can deliver a workout you’ll be proud of

  • A form of movement meditation.
